Hi
I am a pool player with minor sweating hands. I wish I could play pool without wearing glove. I receviced the GS400 two days ago. On the first day, I set the device to 23 volt and 15min, but the hand is still a little wet during playing. On the second day, I set the device to 35 volt and 20 min, the hand is still wet during playing and a glove is still necessary. Does any body has the same demand and has successful experience? What should I try next? Please help me.

It works perfectly!
My left hand becomes completely dry after 6 treaments using + electrode.
My right hand becomes completely dry after 10 treaments using - electrode.
I use "35 volt & 20 min" setting and sometimes feel painful. Should I reduce the voltage or change for a pulse current machine.

This is why we always say to the customers to take a pulsed machine: higher currents with no pain feeling.
And yes, a pulsed machine will give you more success and a comfortable treatment. In your case a changeback is really expensive because we have to add the shipping costs of 70 eur to the amount between the machine you would like to have and you have to ship the device back first.
We only make changebacks if someone orders the pulsating device and is not confident with it and wants to change backwards
If you want we can make a deal that you give me a long success post and I reduce the shipping to 40 eur.

3.Could I buy first and return the Hidrex400 after receiving the new one.
4.I would like to introduce your machines to taiwan. Any suggestion or thought? Drionic is introduced to Taiwan and China several years ago.

Whichever one you want, but I think idromed will be the winner in your case, with hidrex you can go up to 38 Volkt max.

yes but then you have to order it like normal and we debit back the difference.

Do it! We have a partner program paying out 10% for internet orders, or buy multiple idromeds or hidrex devices and get commissions (min 3 devices).
