Usually this it is only a minor issue that can be solved via troubleshooting.

If we have no luck please do the following:
Send in the device without the electrodes, so send in only the unit, the cables and the mains plug. If it is a warranty thing within the guarantee period we give (normally 2 years, Idromed PC/PS: 4 years), we debit up to 40 euros from your original bill for your shipping back costs. If it is not in the guarantee period, you have to come up for all the costs yourself (shipping, repair of the device).
DonĀ“t use Fedex or UPS! Any other shipper is ok. Using Fedex increases the custom times in Germany up to 3 weeks and Fedex/UPS also claims a "reimport fee", we will take away from the redebit in any time!
The best shipper is normally the "state post agency, like USPS in USA or Australian Post in Australia).
Also include 2 copies of the original invoice labeled "guarantee return" -- one in a white plastic bag on the outside of the package itself, and the second inside the package.
If you don't include the invoices, custom times are increased by up to 2 weeks and you pay re-import fees for taking back the device from customs.
Ship to:
Bindner Markus Service Center
Carl-Helbing 19
79312 Emmendingen
Germany
Pack the items securely so that no scratches or other damages can occur. _________________ You are welcome...
