I ordered my machine 9 days ago now, and am wondering how much longer it should take or when i should be concerned about it being lost in the mail. I live in the USA

What does the tracking status say? Offices are closed an i have no info here.

So it says that it has cleared customs in the designated country now. Hoping it won't be much longer now, thanks. I was going off of the 4-7 days plus one for customs, but apparently it takes a lot longer.
