Hi, again :|
Another issue I have with my iontophoresis device from Iontocure is that I tend to get these electric shocks when I pull my hands out of the water. They are bearable but sometimes make me rather shocked (lol) and concerned. Before I had an issue with shocking in general but soon realized my cables need to be fully connected and rarely get them nowadays.
It also usually happens at the beginning of the treatment and halfway through when I change the polarity. Though when its almost over it either doesn't happen or not quite as bad.
I assume the overall answer is to not take my hands out during the treatment but sometimes the itching (which happens no matter the voltage) is so torturous I have to take them out and scratch them.
Thanks so much. |

Dear Ope,
sorry, but we do not support on Iontocure machines. Only Idromed and Hidrex, the ones we sell.
Maybe there is another Iontocure user here in the forum, who might anser your questions. But for further assistance, you'll need to contact the Iontocure Staff. _________________ You are welcome...
