almost a month since i purchase this device and i still have not receive it. i trace the tracking number you gave, it shows "will arrive in the destination country". then as it says, i continue follow trace to the delivery organization, it says "Departure from outward OE".
according to your record, is it usually this long shipping to indonesia ? i found out that there is dhl express office in my city, why you guys dont use their service ? i wonder how much it cost diffrent then your shipping price to me ? how long i have to wait ? |

Hello e21k,
we are very sorry for this long shipping time, we would be glad to hear from you before, so we could take action in your case. normally it takes approx. 6-8 days without and 12-15 days with custom clearings to Indonesia.
We've called DHL and the only thin we could do with this package is an inquiry.
So we will send you a new package today. Please check your mails for the delivery confirmation with track.
Unfortunately express mails with DHL are much more expensive! It would cost 250 EUR for Indonesia and takes then 2 days, and customs takes 6-7 days, so you see, the problem is the custom time for indonesia
Please let us say sorry again for the long waiting time!

thank you for your prompt reply & action, base on it, i decide to wait another 21 days.
if my device arrive within 21 days period at my local post office, i will still give you 5 star for service & recommend your shop. |
