Hi,

I'm going to be sending my unit back for repair - the troubleshooting didn't work. Regarding the invoice - I do have one paper from the original packaging with an invoice number, and a price for "Iontophoresis Device Set Pulsed Current." Is that what I should include in the package and on the outside? Do I write "guarantee return" on the invoice?

How long does it usually take for repair and return shipping?
