What to use for little cracks? Sometimes after the treatment, i noticed little cracks on my palms and the next session it's a little paintful on that area.

Update: My hands and my fingers are 100% dry now. Last week i began the maintenance treatments and it's going well. I did 15 minutes on 43V 90 Pulse curent and another 5 mintues just on the top on my ...
