I just broke the cover box of hidrex PS 500. I mean the plastic box where you fill water in. So can i buy only a new box Or not?

today is my 4th treatment and i didnt notice any change,its still sweating and i did daily 15 mins at 30 volt.
my question is.should i do a treatment in evening,morning or before sleeping??
