Hi im not getting the desire 25am so now I wanna clean my plates but how can I tell if I have aluminum or stainless steel? Please advise

i do feel electric fence when removing my hands after treatments.. If 25 mA is too strong for you then lower it down a abit and just add more time..so instead of doing 15mins at 25mA do 30 m ...

yeah been doing 25 mA on hands and feet separtely, I find that if you put baking soda it helps make sure it dissolves in water, Im gonna restart my treatment now using the hydrex plates ...

I think this is more has something to do with being relax..

Drinking beer while watching a sports you dont really think about your hands or feet, maybe thats whats preventing it from sweating. I k ...
