hyperhydrosis is not purely a genetic condition as it can occur due to a lot of reasons. even excessive sympathetic stimulation from over anxiety can cause hyperhydrosis.

thats quite good. But ideally the cloth should also be permeable to some amount of air to allow the skin to breath or ventilate the heat.
