I have being using the device for over 4 weeks and have not had any relief of sweating. I need to know the process of returning the unit and recieving a ful refund minus shipping.

I have had 9 treatments so far using my device. I have noticed more sweating since I started my treatment. When will this device begin easing my sweat.
