Thanks for the access. I had a question on the electrodes ...the one connected to the plates . it has a black covering and I believe its supposed to be there right or am I supposed to remove that? and ...

I am not able to view the page.. I bought the product from you in may 2013 , do I still need to pay for support

I had good success with idromed 5 but now its not detecting palm or foot frequently and the timer does not start . Please help!
