I tried all of the troubleshooting and my device still doesn't work and I just got it 3 days ago. Could I send it in and have it looked at? Or send it in and get a new one? Thanks!

I am having the same issue for my machine. It worked the first time I used it but now it no longer does. Any suggestions? Thanks!
