The back of my hands are still sweating while the palms seem to be better. How can I treat the back while treating the palms?

I am putting the Nivea cream on my hands after I do my Iontophoresis treatment. Is this okay or does the cream take away what the treatment has just done?

I need to know how far in the water my hands and feet need to go? Does the water need to be above my hands? Do I put my hands down on the grids that are touching the electrodes or does it matter? IS o ...
