Aaaaaaahhh that is interesting, I wasn`t aware of that! I did feel the current strongly when I used only one hand.

Yes, I have tried with one towel, and with 2 separate towels similar thing now it reached 17V.

I have put 2 electrodes side by side with no water, only the wet towel, and now it works only the current doesn't reach the desired 3 ...
