well if feel some reduce of sweat at my hands, my feet not at all

i think my hands sweats 50%

im wetting cotton towels putting my hands and it feet i'm doing it daily for 60 minutes for hands and 60 minutes for feet
my hands are cracked sometimes from the treatm ...

I'm using hidrex daily on 20-30 v
I bought even new aluminum and its not working
It did work once for a week but it stopped please help me out [/code]
