There is a troubleshooting instruction somewhere. Hopefully you were able to find it and get it fixed.

I agree, sometimes it is hard to identify.

I have been having this issue and have tried to so many things.
I did have this too before. I just relaxed and let my anxiety go away.

I agree with the others when they say meditation and mindset can help. Try to relax and meditate, it might work.
