Don't know where to place this question, but can someone tell me: "How does it work, what does it do?" Is it closing my pores, or what?? It's so weird that it works.

I did ETS (palmar) 11 years ago. Now I noticed the sweat coming back, but not dripping (yet), but too uncomfortable to shake hands without becoming more sweaty because it makes me nervous.
