Hi there,

I bought the IDROMED 5 GS like 5 years ago and been working like a charm.
Recently discovered there is rust on the + pole on the electrodes, and whenever i perform iontophoresis the water becomes brownish and smell of rust.

I guess i would need a new electrode since its too late to clean off rust now.
Where do i order them?
By the way, while waiting for delivery can i still use the rusted electrodes? Will it harm me?

Hello,

You can buy new electrodes online under:
https://www.iontodevice.com/sweating/iontophoresis/spare_parts.html
You can choose between aluminium electrodes and stainless steel electrodes.
While waiting for delivery you can still use the old electrodes, but it's definitely time to exchange them!
