Hello, I had been reading some other posts and it had me wondering if my device was reaching peak performance, or if it needed to be cleaned or something. Currently, I have it set to 17v for my hands, though when I switched my Hidrex to display mA instead of volts, it only reached 11mA during treatment. Does that sound right? Or should it be reaching 17mA? In that case, do I need to clean the electrodes or take other actions to allow it to reach the ideal mA level? Thanks for your help!

17V 11 mA seems correct

Means tou have a body resistamce of 1,5 kOhms

The device rund in its borders, only if you exceed 2kOhms the device is saturated... but not at 17 Volt, much later .. in this example at roughly over 7kOhms

Great! Thanks for your help.

So at what point should I be concerned that it may not be as effective and need cleaning? Lately the treatment has felt less intense as it did previously, but I'm not sure if I'm just getting used to it or if I may need to clean the electrodes or something.

I would say that you're just getting used to it, at some point you might not even notice anything at all. If you start sweating again, then you'll notice that the treatment is not effective anymore. You can clean the electrodes once evry 1-2 weeks, just to keem them in good shape.
