Hi
I use the machine I bought from you 8 years ago (DC) for mt feet.
I am very pleased with it.
I use it for a hour a day.
This year It helped me and I was happy and than I started to sweat again!
Did you heard of such thing?
Is it possible that after 8 years the machine isn't effective as it used to be?

Dear Nir,
I think it is unlikely that the machine just stopped working. If you still feel the current flowing, then the machine is working.
I think it is rather something on your therapy settings. Did you move since it stopped working? Or did you start to take some medications? Anything like this can have a big influence on the effects. How was your treatment schedule until now?
