| You can start with normal sessions of 15 minutes. If you need to treat longer in order to achieve better results, you can do 2-4 sessions in a row. If you want to treat a whole hour, for example, you have to do 4 treatments in a row, pushing the big button (knob) twice, to start the treatment once again (first push to switch off, second to setup the iontophoresis machine once again). https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/differences-in-idromed-and-hidrex-iontophoresis-machines-t378.html I`m not sure what you mean with "on reverse". If you mean the change of polarity, we recommend to change the polarity every week (you don`t need to change the polarity every time you use the machine). |

| Does the recommended session for the idromed 15 min total or two sessions of 15 min. I have a dc machine now and i do two 10 min sessions one on normal and one on reverse. | |
