Hi Andrew,

Have you read this: https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/how-to-adjust-the-perfect-pulsed-setting-for-hidrex-psp1000-t748.html?

The most important thing is, that you don´t feel pain during treatment. Feeling some kind of tingling sensation is ok, but there should be no pain and skin irritations. So, as long as you only have a this tingling sensation and the skin is not irritated it doesn´t matter at which settings you treat. Only remember that armpits are very sensitive and although you might not be feeling anything it is always good to check your armpits after every treatment. Signs of redness or irritation are also signs that the current is too high for your skin (even though you do not feel anything!!!)

So the best is to start at smooth settings and then work your way up (by increasing time or pulse width or volt or all), but always listening to your body.

Hi, I am on day 6 and wanted to know what would be better.
I am using this for my airpits and started out at defult of pluse 70 and v 8 and 15 min. I did not feel anything. Then I up the v to 15 and time to 20 min. Should I up the pluse? time? and volts?
