I can´t say for all, but with the Idromed and the Hidrex you can! The difference is surely how much current the specific Iontophoresis unit can deliver so that it makes sense to treat such a large area (hands and feet together) at a current strength that makes sense and does not lead to "never-ending" therapy times or less or even no success at all. |

Can this be done with any unit? Thank you. |

It means, that you place a towel nearby, so you can quickly dry the hand that is regulating the current. So you don´t have to touch the device with a wet hand! Changed it also on the text above. |

Yes, put both feet and one electrode in one tray on the floor. Place the other tray and electrode on a desk. Place a towl nearby so you can dry the hand which is regulating the current on the device (so you don´t have to touch the device with wet hands) and always leave at least one hand in the tray on the desk to keep the current circuit complete. With the other free hand you can adjust the intensity of the current. After the adjustment is done, just put the free hand into the tray on the desk. Now both hands and both feet will be treated simultaneously You may attatch the + Pole to the foot tray (as it has a slightly stronger effect).
