| Sorry, there was a mistake on your first question. Using cotton towels does not make the treatment any less effective. If you're getting burns,then the current is too high. To lower the current to the point you get no burns or skin problems is surely a good idea - and always remember: Iontophoresis should not hurt or cause serious skin irritations! |

| Where can I buy distance grids? They aren't listed on your site. Also, I have been getting burns on my hands. How can I prevent this? |

As many times as you want - but not less than 2 hours before the treatment. - Should I use Aloe lotion right after treatment? If you want. - What type of Aloe lotion should I look for? I would use fresh Aloe leaf. - How long do I have to wait before doing a treatment after I put lotion on my hands? (So that the lotion doesn't interfere with the quality of the treatment) 2 hours min. - How often should I clean the electrodes? When they are dirty. - Can you give me a brand of stainless steel cleaner I can use? It does not matter which brand you use . - Do I need to clean the pieces that connect the electrodes with the cables? How and with what? No - You say to use a basic commercial cleaner, can you give an example of a brand to use?
