Hello red,

That´s the good thing about the pulsed current. Most users don't feel nearly anything , so it's the same in your case! Some people experience the tingling sensation stronger than others.

If you feel a slight electric fence effect at the end of the treatment witht he Idromed PS it is because your are one of the small 0,5% or users having a extraordinary low body resistance.
This can be prevented
1) You ship in the device to readjust it for free to a lower body resistant level
2) Or you cream in the hands 1 hour before the treatment with our iontophoresis lotion Current Care

Regarding the water level, please read this:https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/how-high-shall-i-fill-in-the-water-in-the-trays-t145.html

Regards,

Dear Support,

I have started my daily treatments before three days.
I treat my hands and feet simultaneously with Idromed 5 PS at 23 mA for 15 minutes. I was expected that I would feel something like tingling during the treatment, but I am NOT. Is this normal? I have added 450ml of water in each tray, so the water level is at the recommended limit.

I didn’t want to start my initial treatment with the maximum current, so I am using 23mA at the moment. The only time that I can feel that the machine is doing something is when the treatment finishes and asks to remove the hands and feet from the trays. At this time I feel a light tingling, but nothing during treatment. Am I supposed to feel something during the treatment or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks and regards,
