Hi, yeah, that´s not so easy to tell! It also depends on your body resistance!
Try to begin the therapy without adding something to the water! If after a few weeks you don´t experience success, then you might add some baking soda to the water! But let´s find out first if your water works as it is!

Kind regards,

Ordered a Hidrex PC today and now I am reading all information I can obtain.

I have a question about the hardness of water and I found the following classification regarding water:

0-2 °dH - Very soft
2-5 °dH - Soft
5-10 °dH -Medium hard
10-20 °dH - Hard
above 20 °dH - Very hard

Where I live the water is rated 5 to 6 °dH. Is this considered enough or do I need to add more minerals in order make the water harder? Probably hard to tell, but perhaps you have some experience with this.

Best regards
