Hi, I bought the Idromed 5 GS a couple of months ago and it was working fine until about a week ago where it stopped working. The display turns on but when I place my hands in the cases with the water nothing happens. It doesn't turn on (i.e. the current doesn't start). Sometimes the display flashes a 0 like it is about to start but then it returns to the original screen telling me to place my hands in the water. Please advise me what to do next, I very much need the device to be working! Thanks |
