If you have bought an Iontophoresis device through one of our shops, or if you have paid the support fee (how to pay the support fee) , then you have the right to get access to the usergroup "Iontophoresis Users" on this forum, this is the closed section for customers only. To sign in, it is neccessary that you use the same e-mail address you placed your order with. All requests submitted with an unknown e-mail address are going to be refused. How to sign in: Step 1: Sign in to the forum (with the email address you used when placing your order) as a normal user! Step 2: Ask to join the usergroup "Iontophoresis Users" Step 3: Click to request the membership "Join Group" After this we will check if you have the rights to be allowed into this usergroup ( this means, we verify if your email address matches an order in our database system) and then you will be either accepted or denied. Please allow us 24 hours to accept or deny your request. |
