It is as long as you know what is wrong.

I have used Volvic water and have used bicarb and soda water! Nothing ever made a difference.

It is usually around 27v but sometimes the machine lets me run it at around 35, though, I realise this setting is too high for my skin, as I have burnt myself a few times. So, even if the machine will let me do 35v I crank it down a little to about 30-32.
I hope this helps. I'm kinda thinking if I have done exactly the same as the year before and it's not working...then it's not going to work! I have read about this happening to others as well. It is very unfortunate.

Well, first of all, I tried what worked the year before, which was 15 mins on 90 pulse then re-soak the pads and switch polarity and do another 15 mins. But unfortunately, it did not work this time around. I then tried other pulse settings but not going lower than 70. I increased the time to 10 mins each armpit and only switching polarity after 5 sessions, I have used Volvic water and have used bicarb and soda water! Nothing ever made a difference.
I'm going to giving Odaban another go, it may be really uncomfortable and makes me itch like made but at least it works.

Good morning, can you tell us how often you conduct the treatments and at which current strength?

Hi

Could someone please answer this for me, 'If one machine doesn't work for you is it worth trying another?'
I have used the Hidrex 1000 and the first year I used it it worked fantastically, I was over the moon! However, I've tried it several times since and it no longer works for me, I'm gutted. I have not moved, the water supply has not changed, I've tried Volvic water etc and followed numerous other suggestions, but nothing! It no longer works for me.
Should I buy a different make of machine, would this make any difference, or once iontophoresis stops working it STOPS WORKING!
