I run a dermatology clinic in Copenhagen, and bought your Hidrex PSP1000 july 2018. It has been very effective, but: the past weeks the maximum voltage, on treating feet, has been about 28, in patients used to 40 V.
The same for all patients. What should be done to fix it?
