It is to be figured out if reduced current will lead to a smaller success, sometimes slight longer treatments will compensate lower currents

As suggested by your Hidrex staff to let me limit the voltage within 8~10V, my eyes can still feel the white flashing when it reaches at about 7V.

On the other hand, if in order to protect eyes I have to limit the voltage, but the face cannot feel enough current below 8~10V, because my face can feel nothing if the voltage is too small.

This is a dilemma, how to resolve it properly? Please kindly advise, I look forward to hearing from you soon, thank you.

Hello,

ok, the material seems ok. Metal or steel implants are a counterindication, but ceramic is not, as far as I know.
As for the level to treat the face, it always depends on what the user can tolerate. Some can tolerate less, others more. But practically, if you can tolerate it, you can go to the highest level.

Once again, please check directly with HIDREX. They might be able to tell you more about this.

Hello,

we are just the partner seller. You can contact Hidrex through [email protected]
Since they are the manufacturer they will be able to tell you more about it. I have never heard of this, so unfirtunately there is nothing I could recommend, rather than to make a pause in treatment. But 1 question I have, do you have metal implants on your face/mouth/ears?

Thanks for your reply. However, I don't have any metal implants on my face/mouth/ears/, only one thing is a tooth crown, does this matter? thanks.

Hello Support,

I thought you are from the manufacturer Hidrex.

Seriously my eyes really can feel the while flashing when the voltage goes to about 10V plus, with glint for each 1V increment. When voltage goes to about 20V+, my month also can feel some uncomfortable stimulations.

Please advise how to handle this problem? I am afraid if I dare to continue to use PSP-1000 on face? please advise, I look forward to hearing from you soon, thank you.

Best regards,
