if you don't mind your left hand sweating, then you can keep the + pole on your right hand. Or you can do the following for example:
mo: right hand - // left hand +
tue: right hand + // left hand -
wed: right hand + // left hand -
thu: right hand - // left hand +
fr: right hand + // left hand -
sat: right hand + // left hand -
sun: right hand + // left hand -

this way you treat mostly your right hand with +, but the left hand also gets a little bit of +, so it can become at least a little dryer!

So should i change the polarity even though I want my right hand to stay sweat free. The right hand is still sweat free for the most part and I want to keep the + focused on that. So in this case should I continue what I am doing where goal is to keep right hand dry?

I have not changed the polarity of the machine, but my focus is to keep reducing the sweat on the right hand. I'm worried that changing polarity would weaken the effect on the right hand. If I don't change polarity and keep the + on the right hand, will my right hand continue to stay dry?

Hello,

have you changed the polarity? https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/how-often-do-i-have-to-change-the-polarity-t74.html
And have you changed anything, since the sweating started to return? Anything, even the smallest non significant thing could have an impact. Diet, medication, stress, different water, etc....

Hi been using the Hidrex psp1000 for close to 2 weeks now. I've been using it 20 minutes daily at 32 v/a at a pulse of 80. My hands have been dry for several days but not the sweat has come back full force on my left hand and slowly returning on the right. What can i do to continue to keep my hands dry and not let the sweat return. I haven't missed one treatment since i started. Thank you
