| for all who want to go from an 110 Volt country (like USA Canada etc.) to a 240 Volt country (India, whole Europe etc.) you simply let away the US adaptor OR the stepup convertor (depends on the version you have) - then you have a EU plug who fits nearly the rest of the world and if there is a must, simply buy a travel adaptor in the country you want to go to In your case you India has also EU sockets...
