Hello, I ordered my Hidrex PSPS1000 machine quite a few months ago but I had an accident where my hands were cut and I was too afraid to use it. Now I am fully recovered and I am ready to begin treatment, but I tried accessing the instructions for initial use but the site tells me it is only available for users granted with special access (https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/introduction-to-iontophoresis-initial-treatment-t326.html). I'm sorry for the silly question, but am I supposed to register somewhere else? I don't seem able to figure out the site yet. Otherwise, can you please help me with how to begin initial treatment please.
