Aaaaaaahhh that is interesting, I wasn`t aware of that! I did feel the current strongly when I used only one hand.
Thanks a lot! I will keep that in mind.

17 Volt on one hand leads to 34 Volt fot both
It is the same intensity with regards to the skin surface.
If it doesn’t go higher the current is limited to the body resistance in regards to the special regimen you use.

Yes, I have tried with one towel, and with 2 separate towels similar thing now it reached 17V.

You have 4 cm distance of plates and the 2 cm between the towels ?

Ok, so I have found the manual mode and now I have other problem.
I have put 2 electrodes side by side with no water, only the wet towel, and now it works only the current doesn't reach the desired 32V I need for treatment, it is usually stuck at 7v, or 12V, but far from 32V. Do you have advice on what to do next?

Thanks in advance, I appreciate the help

Thanks for the reply!
I dont use face mask, only hands treatment. I dip my entire hands into water and I get 100% dry, so I am pretty satisfied. Only problem is that I want to treat one hand at the time so I can freely use other hand while one is being treated. How do I switch to manual mode, I will maybe try that.

The towels should be weg but no water in the trays.. else it will not work properly.
Also you should change to the manual mode ( like you do with a face mask - pls check the manual)

Hello I have tried putting both electrodes in one tray with Hidrex PSP1000, the therapy wont start it is stuck on "dive". I fill the tray with water a decent amount. Do you have advice for how to make it work?
They are not in contact with each other.

Thank you,

Hello,
Iontophoresis's contraindication during pregnancy is due to a lack of studies on the effects of iontophoresis on pregnant women and unborn children.

I am wondering, if the contraindication for iontophoresis during pregnancy is due to the current passing through your body? What if the setup would be for one hand at a time, like as the example above? This is very important and current subject, but no doctor has been able to give be any answers...

Here we go for single uses of iontophoresis with pads and for big electrodes with a thick cotton towel
please ensure that all metal is covered and that you never have the chance to get skin in contact with the bare metal, also that both, the towel and the sponges must be wet.
Also, there has to be a distance between the electrodes or the sponges that the current of iontophoresis is not deducted directly from one to the other electrode

Is it possible to use the iontophoresis machine (Hidrex PSP1000) for one hand only? If so, how?
Thanks.
