I started the therapy four weeks ago and achieved dryness on palms and soles of my feet after seven consecutive days. I didn't know about the maintenance schedule, so I kept using the machine every day these past four weeks. Each day simultaneously on my hands and feet for 15 minutes. Did I make a mistake? I thought one was supposed to do this at the beginning of the therapy. What should I do next? Not use the machine every day or else? I am asking this because I bought this machine only recently and I see a lot of old posts here and I'm wondering if there are changes when it comes to the maintenance schedule. Also what about the polarity switch? Should I change it once a week or not change it at all if I treat both hands and feet at the same time?

My question is can I use Idromed 5 PC on my feet while I have my period? Should I use warm water? I have used cold so far. Should I avoid therapy on my feet on such days?
