Hello,
I tried all of the troubleshooting and my device still doesn't work and I just got it 3 days ago. Could I send it in and have it looked at? Or send it in and get a new one? Thanks!

This is probably still due to the body resistance... I'll send you a pm.

Thanks. I used warm water and the therapy started and everything went well for my palms but when it comes to feet i had to complete the circuit for the therapy to start . The current reaches 25Ma and then starts going down gradually . I checked the cables and machine both are working well. Any suggestions.

You're welcome!
Do you mean the black plastic which covers the connection on the corner of the plates? If yes, no, you don't have to remove it! Cleaning the electrodes means cleaning the whole plate (not the connection).

Thanks for the access. I had a question on the electrodes ...the one connected to the plates . it has a black covering and I believe its supposed to be there right or am I supposed to remove that? and does cleaning electrodes mean cleaning the whole plate or just the thing connected to the plate
