Yes, the machine is not faulty. It is normal that the Idromed sometimes doesn't detect that the current circuit has been closed.

Ok, could you assure me the machine isn't faulty? It is normal to have difficulty starting the timer sometimes?

Hi, I have done this but it won't let me join. I think like another user I purchased my machine from another company.

Is this a built in feature to the Idromed? I need some simple solutions to overcome the resistance so the therapy can work when I use the machine, otherwise I have no choice but to return? I didn't have this issue with an older machine.. i don't understand how to lower my body resistance.

Hi, I cannot access that page. What do I need to change other than the water level? Is my skin too dry?

I have used an iontophoreis machine before but never had this problem.

This is probably due to the bodys' high resistance to the current.
Please read the following posts and let us know if works!

PostPosted: Tue Sep 23, 2014 4:25 pm    Post subject: Timer not starting on Idromed 5 PS

I am having a problem with the Idromed 5 PS, is my machine faulty?

I set the current but when I close the circuit with my hand the timer won't start. I have to switch the machine on and off a few times, and if I'm lucky it will start. I have tried filling the trays with less water. I'm confused, are there any reasons why the timer won't start except for a faulty machine?

Thank you!
