| Hi, there is no need to raise the water level. Please read this post, there you'll find a way on how to treat the whole foot, even areas which are not touching the towel, without having to raise the water level. |

| I have very high arches on both feet, as a result the soles of my feet are not in contact with the towels. Should I add more water or should it be ok, only got the device last week |
