| Hello, Sure, don't worry the trial period will start only once you have received your device. According to the track information (from last week), the package is still held in customs. Maybe you can contact them and ask for more details. As stated in our shipping confirmation you can use the UPU match code (or the normal track no.). Please keep us informed! Thank you. |

| Hi, My order no is 130714-01272 which I placed about a month ago. My shipment has not yet arrived  and I am eagerly waiting for it. I am tracking it via the DHL link provided to me and hope it arrives soon. I hope my 2 months of trial period only starts once I receive the shipment and after I start using the machine? Regards |
