The problem was actually the stainless steel cleaner I was using. I only cleaned it with water yesterday and today it worked flawlessly.
Is it a bad idea to only use water to clean the stainless steel electrodes? |

You can see the knob is maxed out yet the current is at 13 mA... extremely frustrating (doing feet).

I'm having a lot of trouble lately. The device doesn't start sometimes. If I clean it thoroughly again it MAY work, but sometimes still doesn't.
I clean it every time after I finish using it. I use the stainless steel electrodes, tried using stainless steel cleaner.
It just says: "Set the therapy current" and stays there.
Also is it normal that my machine goes up to 26 mA? I would have guessed the maximum was 25. |
