Yes, of course. The Idromed 5 PC and the Hidrex PSP1000 are both the best machines on the market. The Idromed device is still our bestseller, it is very easy to use and very effective.

We always recommend the pulsed current devices, even for treatment of feet , but especially for hand and underarm treatment. Pulsed current is much smoother and not as painful as the direct current. With the Idromed 5 PC (pulsed current) for example, the treatment is significantly easier for the user to tolerate. Therefore the user can tolerate much higher current settings (mA) than with a DC. The higher the level of current the greater the level of success that can be achieved in a shorter time.

Hi there,

I have very severe hyperhidrosis of the hands and feet. Has your machine worked with very severe cases?

Thanks in advance for the information.
