Thank you very much for your interest in our products!
We ship from Germany via DHL, premium airmail (no express). Once the package arrives in the destination country, DHL hands it over to your local postal service and they will then deliver the package to your doorstep.
The device is insured and has a tracking nr., so in the rare case that it gets lost, DHL will be responsible for refunding us for the loss. We will then send out another unit for you right away. Should the machine have damages caused by shipping when you first recieve it, then of course we would exchange it . For further paperwork and to get the refund from insurance, we would need pictures of the damages etc. But there is no need to worry, I canĀ“t even remember the last time something like this happened!

Hello there,
I'm indeed very happy to come across this website which supports people who suffer from hyperhidrosis. In fact all Hyperhidrosis forums carry excellent reviews about this site and shop. My interest is in the Idromed device. I'm from an asian country and my question is regarding shipping of the product. What is the assurance on security? Is it via express delivery? What would happen in the unfortunate event of loss or damage to the unit while being shipped?
