| Hi I have quite bad sweating on my hands and feet so I am interested in purchasing the Idromed 5 PC. I live in Australia and I have a few questions: 1. Can you please confirm that I would only need a normal travel adaptor to use the device in Australia? 2. I have read that some people have had problems receiving the device in Australia due to Australian Customs. Is the device acutally allowed in Australia? Do you have a strategy to ensure it does not get stopped by Customs? 3. How long does it take to arrive in Australia? 4. Does the 8 week trial period start from the date you post it, or from the date it is received in Australia? Thank you in advance for your reply. |
