| Of course, I can understand your concerns. We have not heard about having problems with customs in Israel. If there should be any problems with customs, then we will help you out so that you receive the machine as soon as possible. But like I said, I don´t think that there will be any problems with customs. It just may take a few days until the package has cleared by customs, but then it will be delivered straight to your house. |

| I'm having trouble trying to find out whether the customs would let me order this device. I am somewhat worried that the customs might not release the product when it arrives. Do you have any experience with shipping your products to Israel? Would I be able to send the machine back to you and get a full refund (shipment costs would apply on me, of course), in case the customs would not release the Idromed? |
