For the feet there is not a problem for doing Iontophoresis since the clamps are far away from the current . For the hands it is maybe contraindicated, for this you have to ask your surgeon who did the ets (or any other responsible Doctor experienced with ETS) or you can avoid a current going from one hand to the other like this:

Post subject: question about Hidrex PSP 1000 machine
I've just purchased your hidrex iontophoresis machine for my foot sweating problem.
About 20 years ago I had a sympathectomy for my sweaty hands. They inserted titanium clips on the ganglion of nerves in my upper back. The surgery completely stopped the sweating, but
as the years have passed, the nerves must be regenerating to a degree, and my hands are becoming a small problem again. With the clips in my back, is it safe for me to use your machine on my hands?
