Hello,
You can try using some wet cotton socks. You may cut out the parts you do not want to treat:

Treating sweaty parts like Upper / Sides of Feet with tap water iontophoresis
Hi,
I am happy to report that I have achieved much success with the Hidrex PSP1000!
(It took approx. 15 sessions)
My hands are about 98% dry at this point. Only the tips of a few fingers sweat minimally now. I am still amazed that I even need to apply lotion!
With regard to my feet, they are at about 90% dryness. However, the sides of my feet still produce sweat. I am not sure about how to treat this area without adding an excess amount of water -- which would cause my entire foot to be submerged in water and possibly decrease current and treatment effect.
Is there a way to treat tops/upper sides of feet?
Thanks much for your help!
