Post subject: What about the voltage differences in Europe and the USA?
For the USA and Japan where voltages are 110V, you need the step-up convertor to achieve the 220/240V needed for the Idromed to work.

Hidrex
iontophoresis machines
have a 110-240 Volt widerange plug.
In America you don't need any another thing besides the transformer, since the Idromed has the standard US 3 nose plug.

What about the current or voltage difference in Europe and America? Do I need anything extra for this pulsed unit to work in america?
For Australia you don't need a step-up transformer, since the Idromed works at 220/240 V.

I live in Australia, would you please let me know if you could provide me the proper transformer for Australia.
The transformer for the iontophoresis devices delivers 45 Watts max. This is enough because the device itself only needs 1 watt to work.
Quote:
What is the wattage, or the amperage of the step-up transformer that you are selling?
