Hi Maria-1 to your questions:
Yes we always ship iontophoresis sets with tracking numbers and air fright.
The biggest advantages of pulsating currents are listed here:
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/why-we-recommend-a-pc-machine-rather-than-a-dc-machine-t957.html
and also this
https://www.iontodevice.com/iontophoresis.htm
In regards to your "old" device wich is also operated by expensive and fast empty batteries:
https://www.iontodevice.com/about_iontophoresis.htm
Also with bigger end plain electrodes you have a much better and more intelligent current flow wHich leads into a better spread of the success. When placing the electrodes too tight (in the drionic model the electrodes are only some mm away from each other - a fact: the current goes the nearest way with the smallest resistance and this is the skin area between the electrodes, so only a small part of the skin has a "normal" current, all other parts have a non-optimised one. With our device this is completly different as you have the full hands or feet on top of the electrodes and the contact is made with the whole skin)
For which iontophoresis brand to choose you can follow this:
https://www.iontodevice.com/hyperhidrosis/differences-in-idromed-hidrex-iontophoresis-machines-t378.html
I hope the links will help you up if you have any questions pls get back to us again.

Post subject: Drionic iontophoresis has some disadvantages
Hi there actually I use a Drionic
What is the difference between direct current and pulse current? I'm currently using the Drionic and it has been helpful. Only reason I'm looking at other products because it doesn't treat the areas evenly. I'm from Australia. Do you send parcels with tracking number?
